Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
All of our products have free shipping by default.
How can I track my orders?
With every order that is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can access shipment tracking directly from the email, or you can copy and paste the tracking number into a browser of your choice.
How long does shipping take?
Upon receival of an order to final delivery (mark as delivered) it typically takes between 2-5 business days*. This is dependent on local courier service, timings, and possible delays.
For more information, refer to the tracking number in your "Order has been shipped" email.
Do you ship internationally?
As we continue to grow our brand we will update our shipping location. Currently, we are shipping to Canada and the USA with full support.
Outside of these locations, we will require some extra work to ship your order, so shipping times may be delayed.
Do I need to make an account to order?
No account or signup is needed to order any of our watches or accessories. You will have to provide your email address upon ordering so you can receive order and shipping notifications.

What types of movements do your watches have?
Our Origin Ultraquartz watch has a special Japanese Miyota Quartz movement. As we continue to grow, our next model(s) will consist of high-quality automatic movements. Be sure to stay tuned!
Do your watches have sapphire crystal glass or acrylic glass?
All of our watches have, and will have, sapphire crystal glass.
Is it hard to swap and change the straps?
Every strap we sell has quick-release functionality so you can easily remove, swap, and change straps.
Warranty & Guarantees
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, every watch comes with a two-year guaranteed warranty for your piece of mind.
I have an issue with my watch, what should I do?
Any issues that you have will be resolved in a timely manner. You can start a claim by either using our online chat system or by emailing, chronexwatches@gmail.com, with your issue and picture with evidence if possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies including, Amex, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.
Do you offer Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, we offer both Apple Pay as well as Google Pay.
